Below you will see just a sampling of the many sugar, candy and chocolate sculptures I can create just for you. I will take your ideas and combined with my imagination and creativity, I can create a truly memorable centerpiece for your next event! My skills in this area include:
Basic show pieces (chocolate centre pieces and celebration cakes)
Chocolate boxes and flowers
Sculpture and display
Pulled sugar flowers and ribbons
Blown sugar spheres, fruits and animals
Pastillage - centre piece (cut out and assembly, fine piping, extension work, use of spray gun)
